Superbowl Bar-B-Q Recipe
This is my new video featuring a healthy recipe for Bar-B-Q sauce. My preference is to use it on the wings. I come in the second half and cook the wings.
Tony got the boring part in the beginning, doing the recipe items.
We had to edit our masterpiece down for the YouTube/superbowl web site.
Diabetic's can eat this sauce and it is GOOD> Look at the testimonials...don't play now.

Can a beautiful woman sell any product? Does sex still sell?
A few days ago, Shonda Lewis, 2009 Arnold (Schwarzenegger) Classic winner was featured in Essence Magazine Online, read it here: http://bit.ly/bpm1vF
The reporter, who is a woman, wrote that Shonda was selling her body. That is not true, Shonda is selling sponsorships on her sweats on eBay to raise money to compete for the 2010 Arnold Sports Festival. (same event with a new name).
The Arnold is a world class bodybuilding event each year in Columbus, Ohio.
The question I have is because she is sexy, will that sell sponsorships?
Before you start talking about prostitutions, she's selling sponsorships of her sweats and not her body. Obviously the reporter thought she'd get a better response saying she's selling her body.
Guess what, she did, it's was a Hot Topic on Essence last night.
